How to choose correct RT when there are multiple peaks?

WebIDQ includes an Auto peak picking tool that automatically determines the retention time for each metabolite. It assigns the same default retention time ranges for all samples based on quality controls (QCs).

After applying Auto peak picking, if you are uncertain about the results, refer to the respective kit user manual and check the example retention time (RT) Excel sheet to estimate retention times for your instrument.

Certain metabolites, such as AABA, have multiple peaks, leading to incorrect integration.

Idea
To correctly estimate the retention time for AABA, examine the peaks eluting just before and after it in the example RT Excel sheet. By referencing these neighboring peaks, the expected retention time for AABA can be more accurately determined.
