Migration wizard and several other settings are not accessible in WebIDQ account.

Migration wizard and several other settings are not accessible in WebIDQ account.

The migration wizard is accessible only with the administrative privileges. If the user don't have admin rights in WebIDQ then Migration wizard in WebIDQ account will not be visible. 

There are several other functionalities exclusively available for WebIDQ admin users.
