Missing concentration values in Results
Whenever a concentration cannot be calculated, a
specific status is shown in WebIDQ > Results.
Due to analytical reasons, concentration values may not be available, and will be represented by these statuses:
NA
Empty values are replaced with NA
NaN
Sample volume or ISTD counts is <= 0, then the
concentration is NaN.
0
Analyte counts/area is zero, but the ISTD counts/area is not
zero.
Calibrated concentration is smaller than zero, the concentration
is set to 0.

Concentration calculation not possible
- Signal intensity below the defined "height threshold".
- Calibration failed. A note "Calibration failed" is shown.
- Blank samples do not contain ISTDs. Concentrations are not available but intensities.
For additional information, refer to the WebIDQ user manaul.

Why are QC accuracies consistently low or high for all analytes?
If the QC accuracies are consistent for all measured analytes, but differ significantly from the expected values (i.e. all metabolites for any particular QC sample are at 50% accuracy), the following may have occurred: 1. Pipetting issue: More or ...
