What happens after my subscription is expired?

After expiration of the subscription access will not be possible anymore. After some time of inactivity the account will be marked for deletion.

WebIDQ
For 30 days, a read-only mode will be activated with following impact to the service
  1. WebIDQ start button will not be available in mybiocrates.
  2. WebIDQ can only be accessed through the URL https://webidq.biocrates.com/
  3. The download portal will also not be available in mybiocrates. .
  4. Only LIMS and Results module will be available.
  5. Export of raw data files and result files is possible

During the 30 days read-only mode, the subscription can be renewed.
